YES. On the news this morning, they were talking about how it felt like Southeast Michigan was going to go straight from winter to summer at this rate... we've missed out on a month's worth of spring. :o

I thought this had something to do with Twitter, lol. But, yes indeed, I have.

3. What does Spring taste like to you?
Strawberries, even though they're more a summer fruit, I suppose.

4. When was the last time you visited an ice cream truck?
30+ years ago?

5. Do you know what song your ice cream truck plays?
Last year, I think it played part of "It's a Small World." I'm a Disney nut, but that was out of control! :p

No.

2. Have you ever been twitterpated (infatuated or obsessed. In a state of nervous excitement)?

No? Not in any serious sense. I mean, everyone gets obsessive and nervously excited at points but I don't think I have had it in prolonged a state enough to call it a thing. This question makes me think of obsessive tumblr fandoms and it is a hard no on that front for sure.

3. What does Spring taste like to you?

My family does not really change its eating habits over the course of a year. We eat stew all year round. You will get served salad and a baked potato in December. I am privileged to live somewhere that has all fruits and veg ect all year round. The quality of some differs in periods but that tends to be Summer.

4. When was the last time you visited an ice cream truck?

I have no idea. I could not even pinpoint a year or a country on it.

5. Do you know what song your ice cream truck plays?

'if you go down to the woods today you're in for a big surprise~

and Nico is terrified of it. He hates all ice cream vans (we call em vans) sounds and whines and shakes and hides behind desks and under tables when they come. I think the pitch is too high for him. If I am not working on a Friday afternoon I try be at home so I can comfort him.

Well, strawberries are a spring fruit for us in the Central Valley. Next up will be cherries. The raspberries are just starting to come in. Back home, those didn't show up until August.

The phrase 'twitterpated' comes from 'Bambi' :D

Being in the central valley of California, we have a year round growing cycle and access to just about anything we could want, but I still remember those first few warm spring days on the farm and being so excited to see the first dandelions. It was big news to me later in life to discover not everyone had such warm feelings for them.

1. Do you suffer from Spring Fever? Not really; Sis does however, and always wants to take time off and go somewhere, pretty much anywhere, for a couple of days. Usually when it's pretty much impossible...

2. Have you ever been twitterpated (infatuated or obsessed. In a state of nervous excitement)? With a new fandom, a new author, a new composer or type of music, a sudden interest in something new... yes, I can get thoroughly twitterpated for a while, till the brain stops fizzing. (Said while can take weeks, months... years....)

3. What does Spring taste like to you? Pretty much anything that involves going outside... it's a tad cooler today but still got to 30deg C.

4. When was the last time you visited an ice cream truck? Oh years and years ago... though I do see one it sometimes parked at summer fairs, they do a good trade then.

5. Do you know what song your ice cream truck plays? The ones at fairs? No, not playing. The ones from my childhood? - I can sort of hear it in my mind (offkey and someone creepy, to be honest, but that could be memory) but no idea what the tune actually was.

It's the opposite for me. When Spring comes, I just want to stop and enjoy it. :D
