1. Do you think you have a health lifestyle? Yes, at least for the last 15 years. I exercise 5-6 days per week (have done that for more than 25 years,) I do not eat processed food, fast food, drink soda, smoke ( I quit more than 25 years ago,) or use any recreational drugs. I take some supplements, but try to eat a well balanced diet. I cook most everything I eat and know where my food comes from (farmers, even in most restaurants.) I also try not to stress too much (that is what I struggle with the most.)
2. What could you do to improve it? Not eat out at all, cut down on alcohol; I don't drink most nights, but on the weekend I have been known to over-indulge.
3. Are you tempted to eat every time you are hungry or do you wait for the next meal? For a long time I have included snacks in my daily routine; they are nutritious snacks for the most part.
4. When are you most tempted to snack? I would more likely call it grazing and that happens when I am drinking and/or socializing.
5. Do you agree with the saying: "Eat your breakfast, share your lunch with a friend and give your dinner to your enemy" or do you think it matters? I really do not think it matters too much, although I think most people need to eat breakfast (I think not eating kind of sends your body into starvation mode) and I try to finish eating at least 2 hours before bed (too much food on my stomach keeps from sleeping well.)
