1. Do you think you have a health lifestyle? Kind of. I mean I don't eat any meat or fish (but don't consider myself to be vegetarian) and I eat mostly healthy and am quite active in that I get out for a long walk everyday, living by the harbour helps because my neighbourhood is surrounded by coastline. I did used to go running twice a day six days a week when I was younger but weight issues (I became too thin for my height/ideal weight on the charts) and constant foot and knee injuries meant that I had to stop and I hate gyms.
2. What could you do to improve it? Improving it would mostly involve cutting down on the crisps but that won't happen. Love my crisps far too much, to the point that I would live on them if I knew it wouldn't kill me. I'd maybe cut out diluted juice too, I already cut out fizzy juice with Irn Bru destroying itself (thanks to that horrid sugar tax) and that was the only fizzy juice that I actually liked.
3. Are you tempted to eat every time you are hungry or do you wait for the next meal? No. I usually drink water (tap not bottled) as some hunger pangs are a sign of being thirsty for me.
4. When are you most tempted to snack? During the week around 7pm or so because I'm usually a couple of hours after eating and getting a tad peckish by then. On a weekend it's a constant thing so I try to have some crisps in, usually those "share" size bags that are 90% air.
5. Do you agree with the saying: "Eat your breakfast, share your lunch with a friend and give your dinner to your enemy" or do you think it matters? Never heard the saying. I try to eat breakfast most days unless I wake up feeling a tad ugh then I'll just have tea but when I do eat it it's usually toast or Rice Krispies, I rarely have lunch but when I do it's usually a sandwich or a hot meal if I'm out with friends. Dinner is the most important meal for me because I'm usually out all day and really hungry when I get home.
