Date: 2021-10-09 04:44 am (UTC)1. What is your favorite carnival ride? Can't say I'm a huge fan of any to ride on, and haven't really been since a kid, but the carousel - old, vintage and maybe a little shabby for preference, this is me - would be my pick.
2. What is your favorite thing to do outside? Laze in the shade of a flowering tree, on a banana lounge chair, with a book/laptop, a cool drink and a radio.
If you actually mean do something, I like a bit of gardening. I am not terribly good at it, but I enjoy it anyway.
3. What is your favorite household chore? The one I can palm off on someone else.
4. What is something that you always have with you? Pen And paper (the latter mostly being my Memorandum Book but hey, old torn envelopes of store receipts at a pinch).
5. If you could visit any single city in the world (that you have not visited before), where would you go? There was much dithering (even though in our three European holidays we breezed through a lot of the ones on our list, and by the way want to return to many of them… one day), because the list is still quite long… and this could change at any time.
Thebes, Carthage, Pompeii. Whichever, I really can't pick. Whichever is easiest for a not very intrepid, somewhat dauntable but hopeful history buff to get to at the time?

Date: 2021-10-16 03:09 am (UTC)Can't beat a good old-fashioned roller coaster, but a close second place tie goes to several "scrambler" type rides including the classic Scrambler, the Tilt-a-Whirl, the Mad Hatter's tea party thingie where twisting the table spins you, and in vertical mode the double ferris wheel.

Camping / mountain climbing / hiking
** 3. What is your favorite household chore? **
Either washing dishes or folding laundry. Well, cooking dinner but that doesn't even count as a chore, that's a hobby.

Always? Like even in the shower? Nothing would fit the description... I'm rarely far from my eyeglasses, and if I'm outside the house I nearly always have my house key and my wallet.

Does Angkor Wat count as a city? :)
