3, What is your favourite cuisine or style of cooking? I don't have a favourite cuisine because I'm too fussy of an eater. As for a style of cooking it's pretty much anything that can be cooked quickly in a frying pan or a saucepan.
4, Do you have any dietary restrictions and if so what are they? Not a restriction as such but I'm vegetarian and I don't like to label myself as that because it still doesn't feel right even all these year later. I hardly ever have any dairy and can't stand cheese, milk is about only thing I'll have. I'm also caffeine intolerant (huge migraine trigger for me) so I have to avoid coffee, cola drinks, energy drinks and chocolate, mixing coke or coffee and chocolate even accidentally renders me useless for a couple of days.
5, If you could introduce the whole world to one ingredient to improve their culinary experience, what would that be and why? Dairy free cheese sauce this one. I use this for my macaroni cheese and it is so easy to make, I also tend to add a splash of Yorkshire Sauce or Balsamic Vinegar to it, depending on which one I have in the cupboard at the time. Can't buy Yorkshire Sauce where I live in North East Scotland, I usually wait until I know when I'll be in Leeds visiting family again to buy that because it's cheaper than ordering online.
