1) What was the first type of cheese you ever ate? Like I can remember? But there's a goodly chance it was Kraft processed slices, on sandwiches for school.

2) What was the type of cheese you ate most recently? Cream cheese with tomato on a bun for lunch yesterday.

3) What is the most unusual cheese you ever ate? Sheep's cheese, at a food fair. It was actually yummy, but getting it where I live… not easy.

4) What is your favorite cheese? Oh god, I like so many… there's a herby goat's cheese we've found that I could eat every day of it wasn't rather pricey. And the simple, crumbly Mersey Valley vintage from the supermarket... King Island Double Brie... and then there's a had cheese we can get (rarely) with bits of bush tomato through it. But if you ask right now, I would probably say a really good quality smoked cheddar, because it is close to food for the gods.

5) What is your favorite dish made with cheese? Cauliflower or macaroni cheese, ultimate comfort foods :)

1. What was the first type of cheese you ever ate?

This is scary for my foodie brain to process now, but up until I was 10 or so, I thought I did not like cheese, so either my first taste of cheese was on a Wendy's cheeseburger that was supposed to be a hamburger or from one of those little plastic packs that had a tub of spreadable cheese with crackers and a red spreader. Either way, processed "American" cheese.

2. What was the type of cheese you ate most recently?

Whipped ricotta with farro and roasted carrots.

3. What is the most unusual cheese you ever ate?

I honestly cannot remember, I have enjoyed some stinky, runny cheeses over the years on cheese boards in Europe and not really known what I was eating.

4. What is your favorite cheese?

At the moment, for just sitting and eating; Manchego.

5. What is your favorite dish made with cheese?

This is a hard one, but I guess a really nice cheese fondue. My husband has made it for my birthday a couple of times, plus I have had very good ones at a Swiss restaurant in San Francisco and a restaurant in Bern, Switzerland.
