1. Do you make up a dinner plan for the coming week? No. I decide for this evening based on what's in the fridge/veg rack, what I feel like and how tired I am.
2. Do you make up a shopping list and stick to it when shopping? We add things to a shopping list as we run out of them, notice we are low on them or use some of them (depending on how much of the thing we usually have in stock). Shopping is mostly stuff from the list but with the occasional whim.
3. What is one thing that you always buy, but never put down on a list? I don't think there is a thing in this category?
4. Is there anything that you always think you are out of and come home with it to discover you already have a year’s supply on hand? There have been instances of this with cornflour and with dried split peas.
5. Do you get your groceries delivered? Yes. We get a veg box most weeks from a local person (who is more about getting veg available affordably in our area than being organic, but she does try), and we get a supermarket delivery every two or three weeks. When I'm at home more, I'll probably start getting dry stuff from the wholefood wholesalers again.
