1. What is the most beautiful thing you have ever seen? I don't even remember the name of the place, nor did I get a photo of it… but an ancient gravestone surrounded by escaped flowering plants I don't know the name of, in a small, old, fairly obscure churchyard somewhere in Britain, and the small pale cat sitting on it and watching me.
Also - have to say it – the stained glass windows of Saint Chappelle in Paris.
Or the southern stars on a clear cold night.
2. What is your greatest dream in life? I don't think I have one, but I do have several left. However, I don't talk about them, I keep them close and quiet and just hope live in hope...
3. What is the best book you have ever read? Even though it is 'best' and not 'favourite'… sorry, could not possible pick just one. Try ten or twenty or more…
4. What is your most cherished childhood memory? Hearing the Air on the G String played on bells, don't ask me why. I can still hear it...
5. What is your best character trait or strength? Oh umm… I honestly don't know, my sense of the ridiculous?
