1) What's the best customer service experience you've ever had?

Well, a best customer service story with a good memory to it was my brother's second wish trip to Florida in 1991. They had given us upgrade tickets for the flight, though we didn't realize it. It wasn't until Mum was getting us settled in coach that the flight attendant came up and said, "Mrs. Parkins, you're in the wrong seat. Your family is supposed to be in first class!" Mum thought they were joking and that we were on the old TV show, "Candid Camera." LOL It was a great surprise and fun experience to fly first class!

2) What's a very reliable item that you own?

Hmm. Overall, the boiler in this house. It's 69 years old and still chugging with only some minor work over the years!

3) What's something that wore out, but you replaced it with the same thing?

Lightbulbs. :p And my coffee machine.

4) Have you ever left an online review of something you bought?

I rarely do! The only time I have in recent memory was to leave a positive review for the new blend of coffee from Grounds & Hounds.

5) What's a book you've read more than once?

Oh gosh, several. But, my go-to in these surveys is to say The Time Traveler's Wife.
