1) What was the biggest thing that happened to you in 2021? The hip operation in May - no, maybe not what most folk would see as a highlight per se, but definitely the biggest thing and considering how well it went, and how much better life is with the new one, I don't care.

And my studies going so well.

2) Where was the most exciting place you went? This was 2021, folks. Umm, the only exciting places I went were those in my head... on the other hand, they were often wild and wonderful :)

3) Who helped you the most this year? Oh Sis, no question. I am lucky to have her, and I know it.

Next would be my little circle of friends, the academics who saw me though my study collywobbles (especially around May and the op) and of course, you folk.

4) What's your favorite new thing you bought? I actually didn't buy a lot this year, what with retirement, pandemic restrictions and just not needing a lot... umm. Probably a tie between my new glasses in October, and a second-hand little china jug I saw in the window of the op shop, simply bought because I do have a thing about jugs, and keep in my bedroom filled with potpourri.

5) What was your most memorable lj entry? I am sorely tempted to say the very first one, where I looked warily but hopeful to the then New Year... because it had to be better than 2020, right? (It was, but that wasn't saying much).

Other than that, I'm looking at a whole set instead, the Untamed questions in - because I love the show, and got to put up a lot of very very very lovely pictures :) I think I'll pick the favourite character moments one.
