- How many schools (up until college) have you attended, in all?
- How many states have you lived in before the age of 18? How many countries?
- Have you ever seen the hospital where you were born -- where is it/what's it's name?
- Do you plan to live in the same state in which you were born, or somewhere else?
- Do you still talk to people from elementary school, middle-school or high school?

How many states have you lived in before the age of 18? How many countries?
Just the one.
Have you ever seen the hospital where you were born -- where is it/what's it's name?
It's the local hospital, called Sacred Heart Medical. I've been there several times for friends/family.
Do you plan to live in the same state in which you were born, or somewhere else?
I currently live in the same state as I was born, same town-ish ( I grew up in a small town about a half hour outside the larger town I live in now). I'd like to live somewhere else for awhile, but this is Home, and I'll end up here in the end.
Do you still talk to people from elementary school, middle-school or high school?
A little bit, I don't really have any friends from that time, but I catch up with people every so often. Considering I live in the same town, it's a bit odd how little I hang out with high school people, but I didn't have very many close friends in high school, and those I did have I drifted apart from in college, and we've never drifted back.
