I have never drank much of either, but I guess it would lean toward the French hard cider.
3. Do you have a special type of apple that you prefer over others?
I tend to prefer ones that lean toward the tarter side; Winesap, Braeburn, McIntosh.
4. Have you ever made baked apples?
Yes, but it is not my favorite way to cook with apples.
5. Who is the apple of your eye?
My hubby of 30 years.
