1. I have no idea... that was way back in Kindergarten. =)
2. Currently reading "Storm Front" and "Turn Coat" (i'm being a little indecisive on which one I want to re-read right now), just finished "White Knight" before I started on these.
3. I read for enjoyment. Haven't had to read books for work recently.
4. I don't know that I have a fav genre - I just read stuff that's interesting and fun.
5. I don't think I'd tell myself to stay away from any particular books, though I might mention finding a way to avoid having to slog through "Great Expectations" if it's possible. ugh that book

If I'd known about Cliffs Notes when I had to read Great Expectations, I would've been less annoyed. I hated that book.
